*✨Coping Mechanisms✨*

Challenge:

Pick one of the coping mechanisms listed in the previous post that may be out of your comfort zone or not your usual first pick. You could also pick one not listed at all & give it a try.

Exercise:

- feeling overwhelmed? try listing out all your issues/ creating a to do list and facing each thing one by one. - write a letter to yourself about everything you want to be or see for yourself at the end of the tunnel. Read it every time you need a reminder of why it’s worth fighting through the dark times

- write a diary entry, explain every obstacle and fear you have - release everything you’ve bottled.
